TechnicalCharly started with a simple problem: as a marketplace seller, we were losing money on returns that never came back, replacements that were never returned and payments nobody had checked. The marketplaces give you all the data — in five different reports, with thousands of rows each. Matching them by hand every week was slow and error-prone.

So we built tools that do the matching automatically, first for our own business, and now for every seller who needs them.

What we believe

• Every order should end up accounted for — paid, returned, replaced or claimed.
• Sellers should see real profit, after returns and advertising — not just sales.
• Your data is yours. Each seller has a private workspace, and we never share your reports.
• Tools should be simple — upload the reports you already have, get a list of things to do.

Our tools

We currently offer an Amazon return & SAFE-T claim reconciliation system, a Meesho return reconciliation system, a shipping label cropper and a free Amazon profit calculator, with more on the way.
