When a customer returns an Amazon order, Amazon often refunds the customer before the product reaches you. Most of the time the parcel arrives. But a small share of returns never come back, come back empty, or come back as a different, cheaper product. Amazon will reimburse you through a SAFE-T claim — but only if you notice in time and file inside the claim window.
