How do I create an account?
Click Create free account, enter your details and the 6-digit code we email you. That's it.
I did not receive the code.
Check your spam or promotions folder. You can request a new code after 45 seconds. Codes are valid for 10 minutes.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email you a code to set a new password.
Does one account work in every tool?
Your TechnicalCharly account is your home for all tools. Each tool runs on its own secure address; the first time you open one, sign up there with the same email.
Data & privacy
Who can see my reports?
Only you and the staff logins you create. Other sellers never see your data.
Do you share data with Amazon or Meesho?
No. We only read the reports you upload.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact us and we delete your account and data.

Which reports do I upload?
All Orders (.txt), Date Range payment report (.csv), your physical return list, Returns Reconciliation and Replacements report.
Does it file SAFE-T claims for me?
No — it lists exactly which orders to claim and when, and prepares the evidence. You file in Seller Central and paste the claim ID back.
Why is a payment shown as Deferred?
Amazon holds some amounts for a period before releasing them. Read Amazon deferred payment explained.
