How to Crop Meesho Shipping Labels to 4ร—6 for a Thermal Printer

Turn A4 label PDFs into print-ready 4ร—6 labels in one click, and pack faster with an automatic SKU picklist.

Meesho label PDFs come as A4 pages that contain the shipping label along with other details. A thermal label printer needs exactly one 4ร—6 inch label per page. Cropping by hand in a PDF editor works for five orders โ€” not for five hundred.

What you need

  • Your label PDF downloaded from the supplier panel
  • A thermal printer set to 4ร—6 inch (100ร—150 mm) paper
  • The free shipping label cropper

Step by step

  1. Open the label cropper and upload the label PDF.
  2. The tool finds every label, crops it and puts each on its own 4ร—6 page.
  3. Download the cropped PDF.
  4. In the print dialog choose your thermal printer, paper size 4ร—6 and scale 100% / actual size.
  5. Print.
Tip: if labels print shrunk or cut off, the print scale is almost always set to fit to page. Switch it to actual size.

Pack faster with an SKU picklist

Along with the labels, the cropper creates an SKU and quantity summary as PDF and Excel. Pick all the stock for the batch first, then print and pack. Packing from a picklist means fewer wrong items โ€” and fewer wrong-item returns later.
